Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, however incorrect sizing selections will be at the cost to the customer. To assist with sizing, each product page includes a detailed size guide and multiple models wearing different sizes, helping you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every hoodie is individually quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

If, in the unlikely event, your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We may request photos of the item and, where necessary, ask that it be returned so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
