All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, sales periods, public holidays, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping
We currently ship primarily Australia-wide but we also offer shipping to overseas customers.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
