Returns Policy

At Milieu, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aim to make returns simple and fair.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 14-day change of mind returns for a full refund.
To qualify, the item must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Items showing any wear, tear, marks, odours, or damage cannot be refunded for change of mind.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the ACL.
Faulty items must be reported and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
All faulty items will be assessed in accordance with the ACL.
